The Princess of San Francisco ???
Nancy Pelosi acts like a Princess, demanding access to military flights for herself, staff and relatives. You see, now she's in the line of succession to the throne now & wants to be treated as such. See http://www.washingtontimes.com/national/20070201-122225-1157r.htm for details. These aren't spartan flights our servicemen take - "The planes are staffed with stewards who serve meals and tend an open bar." We plebians stand in line for security & pay $5 for a beer. No surprise - the story says Prince Hastert used military planes often, too, but not for family. He's been deposed now as his courtiers & party were too corrupt. We've already seen how Princess Nancy wanted to deny the Samoan serfs of one of her petty barons a rise in their minimum wage, too, until such greed was publicized. Too bad term limits were never imposed. I suppose real reform has to come from the States or a true populist electoral revolt. Until then, the parasitical politicians in DC will loot & loot & suck the blood from the people.

Bunkerman weren't you the one who told me i need to be more skeptical of the press? And yet you use a joke of a paper as your reference for this post. Everyone knows that the Washington Times is a far right-wing newspaper whose mission is to spread vicous lies about democrats and distort every liberal position. Of course they are very good at it since Tony Blankley was taught very well by that demagogue Newt Gingrich. The New York Times and Washington Post are by far the best and most reliable American newspapers..... I read them everyday and I advise you to do the same. As far as calling Speaker Pelosi a 'princess'.....I believe the people of San Francisco elected her and she obtained her power via the polls and not by being an heir in a monarchy.
Uh, Bud, I did a search on Yahoo and found no denials of the basis facts of the story, just an excuse that, Prince Hastert did it, too, which I put in my post. For example, see http://www.outsidethebeltway.com/archives/2007/02/nancy_pelosis_private_military_plane/ for a detailed review of that facts. I don't see why either Pelosi or Hastert should get such princely treatment. These politicians get to DC, stay there, become out of touch with the people and want to be treated as dukes & duchesses & princes & princesses. They ALL need term limits.
Lolol, Bud, I think you left a word out of your post: you forgot to put the "anti-" before "American newspapers". ;-)
