Mrs. B and I will be in Las Vegas for 3.5 glorious days commencing Monday AM, returning Thursday evening. I plan to hit the blackjack tables with my trusty pocket card to minimize my losses as I enjoy the action. And I'll hit the craps tables in a big way with my "reduced variance mathematically minimal losses" tactics ... lol !;-).
Mrs. B will hammer those penny slots !:-)
Be patient, buy dips of good stocks. The beefers seem to be moving to a new waterhole in anticipation of Ben coming through. If so, a new intermediate trend should start.

Bunkerman...some notes for your odds card...if you are going to hit 16 do it always or never...press those double down plays when running on house money, don't be affraid to trust your gut feel when doing so...try to be the last action on the table, be the table boss, always...good luck.
frosty what kind of reaction are you looking for tomorrow once Ben takes a machete to rates?
MLF59...I think we get some selling, both profit taking and hedging atvivty...tirple bitch coming and contracts roll forward come thursday which should produce a series of spastic moves running stops on either side...the second week of the month has very postive bias....could this change, sure, but I think we are fine on the upsdie until ops expo....either way you know I like biowreck here in q4, I see no reason, pending a market melt down, to back off that sector.
MLF59, what say you sir?
tough to game I think....seems the prevailing wisdom says "sell the news".....I tend to agree bulls should be okay through options expiration....Just seems to me this bull is getting quite old in the tooth....working on 5 consecutive up years in the SPX
better to game it a little than marry it indeed...thought we were talking about the post fed trade.
lol...we were...i got a little ahead of myself indeed.....will be interesting to see what big ben comes up with today...
double 25 bps Bunkerman...coming out with box car...they do suck, indeed.
Frosty you believe this guy Ben? comedy....
FUCKING CRAZY...I have never seen anything like this.
the common man has no chance...turns the bond and stock markets upside down yesterday then flips it 180 this morning...talk about a lack of confidence builder...jerking markets around like this is never good, never.
agreed...how can anyone take them seriously? bring on a us dollar armageddon!
financials still can't get going? SKF looks worth holding...what say you?
Bunkerman...this is the stuff of bear markets...by design they hurt both bull and bear wearing both out until the towels start to fly or perhaps more passive for the pro, we'll do more hand sitting, keeping things small with a quick trigger...don't kid yourself that incremental money is a an important component in your bull case...I don't like this one little bit...sorry for the F bomb, but I have never used such language here before and may never again, but this is disgusting rookie, thinking out of the box move that hurts the team...folks feeling like economic lab rats indeed, think those bond traders found this creative, hardly....forth and goal...FUMBLE!
dickball indeed sir!!!
MLF59...the banks need the yeild curve to work in their favor to get out of this mess...ie: they need to make money! lol...Ben did nothing to fix that today, nothing. I so much want to get on board with the fins at the bottom I can taste it...the fed just turned that taste into...........the sound you hear is me crunching on my tounge while I sit on my hands.
Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
stop your shinin frosty!!
what a baby you are
uh....i meant whinin
Bud...hard to say this, but your right...wont' change a thing.
MLF59...i mean mr hunt...gold looks lower fine sir...before I do something stupid, your thoughts please.
yes sir i agree.....i give you free run on the short side
MLF59...shocking sir...hit the hunt's, come again...this must be a bear market.
I always hit 16 if the dealer has a 7 or better.
I use a card that has the mathematically correct plays - I hit those double downs, etc. I've noticed those are what really can help one get a better return.
Yes, I always play last on the table, too.
uh I never trust my gut - no thinking - I save my thinking for stocks.
I agree that Ben looks like a economics sophomore trying to shine with something clever.
But ... so far it's still a rich man's panic.
The beefers can drive those stocks any way they wish. They are the market ST.
